Law of the Dead, Is CREATIVE?

Legal dead will be deleted. What's the word world? This is true. One town that will do that is Illinois. The town was ready to become the first state since 2009 to abolish the death penalty after the state Senate approved the ban on Tuesday and sent it to Democratic Governor Pat Quinn for his signature.

Legal death is not creative, because it makes the only laws that can not be bargained and which clearly could endanger the safety of people who DO NOT GUILTY.

Be creative if the law is made to make the defendant to be better and not repeat the mistake again. But that does not revoke a LIFE.

Legal dead and creative ideas are two very contradictory. There are many ways to punish people who look innocent, but who clearly do not LAW OFF. No creative and destructive.
